Pricing, payments, and billing

Pricing: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes won't affect orders already placed.

Payment methods: We accept online payments through Razorpay (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets) and Cash on Delivery (COD). COD orders are confirmed by phone before shipping.

Order verification: We reserve the right to verify orders and may contact you for confirmation before processing. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent.

Shipping & delivery

Shipping region: We currently ship within India only.

Delivery timeline: Orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on your location. These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (weather, courier issues, etc.).

Delivery address: Please provide an accurate delivery address. We're not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it ships by contacting us at orders@bharatsattva.com with your order number.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may return eligible items according to our Returns & Refund Policy.
